Has anyone else been noticing GLP-1 friendly popping up in ads on food packages lately? I recently saw something about it on a Healthy Choice meal and I thought it was very interesting. Are companies starting to market these foods differently? Would love to hear if anyone else has seen this or what you think about it!

This is everywhere now! Some companies are genuinely trying to provide support. Others are “GLP-1 washing” their products. I am glad that companies are creating more protein/fiber forward products.

In my opinion, whole foods will always be better for any “diet” than packaged/frozen foods!

Totally!!! I think the same way the media is blaming GLP-1 for ruining the snack food business (LOL!) they realize there is an opportunity to market to so many people who are looking to eat cleaner, higher protein etc.
